Your personal data is collected and held to facilitate us in with regards to your food deliveries and restaurant appointments.

Personal data is collected when you contact us or reserve a booking at our restaurant via this website. We also use an external service called GloriaFood, when you place an order and pay with this service, the transactions take place on their secure servers, for more information please visit GloriaFood website.

How your personal data is kept secure

Access to your personal data is restricted to an authorised team within Franco's Aberavon. Access may be granted on a limited basis to other internal staff but only where necessary for a specified and legitimate purpose.

How and why your personal data may be shared

Franco's Aberavon will not share your information from contacting us or making a restaurant booking via this website. The food delivery service is managed by an external service called GloriaFood, for more information about how they handle your data please visit their website - www.gloriafood.com

Franco's Aberavon will not transfer your data to a third party unless it is satisfied of the following matters:

1. That there is a fair and lawful basis to share your personal data with the third party

AND

2. The data will be handled by the third party in accordance with the law on data protection.

Where the data is used for analysis and publication by a recipient or third party, any publication will be on an anonymous and aggregated basis, and will not make it possible to identify any individual. This will mean that the data ceases to become personal data.
